Erika Au (she/her) is finishing a Master’s in Cultural Studies from SOAS University of London, where she studies themes of subversion, agency, and self-fashioning across cultures in East and Southeast Asia.

Ruth Holdsworth


Ruth (she/her) began her journey with the organisation as Senior Producer, leading on commissioning and artist development, before moving on in 2021. She holds a practice-based PhD in Curating Risk from the University of Bristol and Arnolfini.

Rebecca (they/them) is an interdisciplinary theatre director, dramaturg, and community engagement facilitator with an extensive background in philosophy, physical theatre, and creative access.
