  • We are registered under the terms of the 1998 Data Protection Act which will be replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), a new EU data protection regime, in the UK from 25th May 2018.

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information that that we collect about you will be used lawfully, in accordance with the Act.

  • In disclosing your personal information you agree to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by us.

  • Your personal information will be used to inform you about events and offers that we think will interest you via our newsletter. We will never send you our newsletter without your consent. The information you give us when you sign up to our newsletter is your name and email address

  • We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

  • Your personal information will not be passed to third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given specific consent.

  • The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can contact us to check this information. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.

How we keep your personal information secure

  • We do not store any of your personal details on our website. Your personal details are stored on our Mailchimp account, which we use to send you newsletters, if you have given us your consent to receive them.

  • We use two-factor identification to access our Mailchimp account. We also use two factor identification by SMS for account verification. These are the highest security settings currently available on Mailchimp.

  • Mailchimp takes security extremely seriously and goes to great lengths to guarantee data security.

Your rights

Under data protection laws, you have rights as an individual in relation to the personal data we hold about you. These rights include:

  • The right to object to direct marketing – your preferences, including in relation to direct marketing;

  • The right to request the rectification of your personal data
