Inter-Waves: London
2026
Inter-Waves took place over the course of one day and was a gathering of artists, presenters, producers, and cultural organisations working across the UK, Asia, and international contexts.
Participants reflected on the current approaches to artistic collaboration, mobility, and cultural exchange. Through a series of panel discussions and open conversations, the event explored how organisations sustain artistic practices, build international partnerships, and their response to the shifting cultural landscape.
Having brought together ESEA and South Asian arts organisations, international delegates, and UK-based presenters, Inter-Waves created a vital space for sharing different production models, programming approaches, and collaborative strategies across local and transnational contexts. The event successfully inspired participants to engage in communication with each other and to make new connections between artists and organisations working across borders and disciplines.
