East & Southeast Asian Pride UK launched at Electrowerkz, London on 24 July 2026

The night was an inaugural celebration of queer East and Southeast Asian identities, brought together by Carlos Gu, The Bitten Peach and Kakilang.

The evening opened with a community market fair before a main stage show of drag, cabaret, live music, dance and burlesque, followed by a club night across two rooms which lasted until 3am!

Rooted in visibility, joy and community, the event created a dedicated space for ESEA LGBTQIA+ artists and audiences and welcomed all members of the community, alongside friends, family and allies.
