OPEN CALL: CREATIVE WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS!
What stories do we inherit? How do our family histories shape who we are? And what does it mean to belong?
We’re looking for participants to join the creative development of Internment Camp Play, a new theatre work by ShayShay exploring Japanese American internment during WWII, inherited memory, migration, identity and belonging.
We’re welcoming anyone aged 18+, from all backgrounds, who connects with themes of migration, family histories, cultural heritage, queerness or belonging. No previous creative or performance experience needed!
