Bow Arts hosts a Bow Skills talk and screening of An Act of Homemaking by artist duo X&J, presented in collaboration with Kakilang.

The event brings together film screening and artist discussion, exploring themes of home, migration, and identity through a diasporic lens. X&J’s work reflects on personal and collective experiences of belonging, using moving image to question how “home” is constructed and remembered.

The session offers insight into the duo’s creative process and the cultural contexts shaping their practice. It also creates space for dialogue around ESEA representation in contemporary art and storytelling.
