2025

2025 PCM is an installation that satirises the challenges of securing stable housing in contemporary London. Using humour and striking visual language, the work subverts the idealised imagery of domestic life often presented in the media, reflecting wider experiences of isolation, burnout and rising living costs. It responds directly to the housing crisis and the structural pressures shaping urban living today.

The installation combines immersive media, experimental 3D film and live performance. Projected onto prominent urban surfaces, it depicts casket-sized flats fitted with miniature furnishings and exaggerated rent labels, while performers enact constrained daily routines within these confined spaces.
