Light Vessel is a high-wire performance that combines architectural lighting, sound design and physical movement to explore new approaches to contemporary circus. Presented as a durational duet, it centres on a freestanding LED-lit structure that serves as both apparatus and environment, shaping the performers’ spatial relationships.

Challenging expectations of circus form, the work examines the interplay between bodies, light and gravity. Presented in a relaxed format, audiences may enter and leave freely while observing the evolving interaction between the performers and the illuminated structure as they test balance, collaboration and perception.
