Low Carbon Chinatown: Pop-Up Sit-Down Tastings invites audiences to experience a communal meal that explores the relationship between food culture and climate action. Alongside the tasting, participants encounter visualisations and discussions revealing the carbon footprint of ingredients and cooking processes.
