This playful and dynamic concert combined live ping pong percussion with piano, clarinet, and cello. Each composer created a new work inspired by a specific ping pong technique, resulting in a vibrant mix of musical styles and interpretations. The programme featured compositions by Nicola Chang, Alex Ho, Raymond Yiu, The Mollusc Dimension, and An-Ting Chang, bringing together sound, sport, and experimentation in an engaging live experience.

Part of the CAN Festival 2019 music programme, generously supported by The Fenton Arts Trust, the event was presented within Southbank Centre’s SoundState Festival.
